-Non-residential retreat.

-Suitable for advanced individuals looking to reinforce Vipassana practice and for those seeking an introduction to this ancient practice and all the benefits outlined below:

-Food and water: each person will bring their own food and water bottle for the entire day. Bring your own utensils.

-For meditating bring:

1. Comfortable meditation clothing. Avoid pants that restrict blood circulation.

2. A scarf or blanket for covering shoulders and legs.

3. Large and small cushions from home.

(We do not recommend going to the village bar but staying on-site to maintain silence).

-Complimentary coffee and herbal teas are provided.
